Infinix Hot 2 users were among the happy Android users that recently got the latest Android marshmallow update but few of the people that updated their phone have started noticing some bugs and issues after the update and it is a thing of concern for this category of individuals because they were expecting a buggless Android 6.0 upgrade with its new features. However, don't worry because we are always here to make sure you enjoy your phone to the fullness.


HERE ARE SOME OF THE REPORTED ANDROID 6.0 BUGS ON INFINIX HOT 2 DEVICES
==> Lost of all data and files after the upgrade to Android 6

==> Battery draining too fast

==> Backed up google contacts only shows phone numbers instead name and number after making a call. This means that whenever a saved contact in your phone contact calls you, you will only see the number and not the name of the person.

==> You can't see or access the files you stored on the phone before the upgrade. But the space of the file will be there and the storage size will be deducted but the file won't be seen.

==> Unable to recognize USB on PC.

You might be surprised but it is expected that we get bugs from Android 6.0 as it is the first rollout of the Android version. Some of this bugs will definitely be fixed as soon as the next version of Android marshmallow update is rolled out. But we can't wait till then, let's start with the fixes we can achieve right now.


FIXES FOR ANDROID MARSHMALLOW BUGS
Now for those that are experiencing Contact not showing contact names after dialing or receiving a phone call, just use this step...

==> what you will do is to wipe or logout of all your Google accounts on Google playstore. After that, sign in again with your main Google account and check your contacts. They should appear again.

==> If you can't access your previous files and documents, check and see if guess mode is activated or enabled on the phone. If it is enabled, kindly disable it and you can now see your files back.

==> Those that are having Battery draining issues on their device on Android 6.0, just relax and wait for few days after the upgrade for the new software to settle down on your phone, if after 5 days and it remains that way, then navigate to settings>>Apps>check for applications that are currently running on your phone and force stop the ones you are not using and this will go a long way to save some battery life for you.

NOTE
This is for those that haven't upgraded to the latest Android 6.0 yet. Abeg, kindly backup your documents, files, music, videos and so on, on your pc or memory card and then remove it from your phone before the carrying out the upgrade.
